Cleaning bathroom tiles is a BIG job for me. My sister don’t wanna do the cleaning so, no else will do it except me and a big help for my cleaning task is a cleanser and a bleach. I usually combine the two, wet the tiles with the solution and leave it for an hour so that mildew can be removed easily. However, I for my next cleaning schedule, I will not be using bleach due to its harmful effect but Ajax cleanser will not be enough so I’ll use baking soda as I have read in Health & Home that it is effective in cleaning tiles such that it makes the white tiles whiter. Anyway, here’s what I’ve found in my fave online magazine on getting rid of mold and mildew in the kitchen and bathroom tiles. Hope you’ll also get something from this household cleaning tips.       Read the rest of this entry »

Ace reads my blog from post to post when he arrives home from work. He was happy last night as he read my post about his BIG dream having a car. Early this morning, I wrote on considering a used car for his dream to realize. Now, I am here….thinking about one of my fave car manufacturer, Chevrolet. Oh well, don’t tell me I am getting involved in this car fondness. Anyway, I like Chev cars like the one of our godparents, Ninang Janet owned. Ninong Boy bought a car for her so he’ll have an excuse not to fetch her from work for they have different schedules.

Most people from all walks of life owe somebody or an institution a money. That’s the reality and I wouldn’t say I am not one of them. With the growing number of banks or financial entity offering credit cards, credit loans, etc., many grab that opportunity thinking that it might help them. Yes, in a way it can help but once a credit card is mismanaged, it could lead to insurmountable financial problem. Same with loans owed from financial institution that bears some amount of interest.

Oh, I almost forgot that yesterday, May 1 is Labor Day, a regular non-working holiday. It is a day for the workforce especially those in the private sector. But Ace went to work….the true LABOR DAY(LOL). Last year, if I remember it right, there’s a proclamation that HOLIDAYS that fall on a weekday will be moved on either Monday or Friday. That gives employees a longer weekend to spend with their family.

With the previous holidays this year, the presidential order was applied. Such that April 9 (National Heroes Day), which fall on Wednesday was moved on Monday. However, Labor Day, which is Thursday wasn’t moved on Friday and I am just curious why?  Is it one of PGMA’s inconsistencies? I interpreted it that way. Maybe because, during Labor Day, it is expected that labor groups all over the country will conduct a rally and with all issues thrown at PGMA will surely be aired since she did not even care to answer all of those anomalies in her administration in which she, her family and loyal supporters who holds gov’t. positions are said to be involved. That really makes people of the Philippines unhappy with her administration and I am ONE of the millions who cry for GMA’s impeachment and suffer in prison. Do I sound too mean? Yes, even from the beginning, I never liked her because I have this impression that she wouldn’t be a good president and she did lived up to my expectation.LOL. Anyway, too much about PGMA. I don’t wanna ruin your day as well as mine.
