Ace tells me I had an “abnormal” childhood, since I didn’t watch cartoons, or read comic books. I don’t find that unusual because I still enjoyed my childhood playing under the heat of the sunwith neighborhood kids. Instead of just sitting in front of the TV or reading comics in the corner, I get to enjoy role playing with my sister and neighborhood friends. I do remember some kids were into reading and collecting comic books way back then and they seemed to be addicted to it. That I didn’t understand. But thinking about it now, and being able to browse some comic books awhile back, I can see how some of them got so interested in it. Sometimes when my sister our friends, and I were role playing we pretended to be superheros.

Remember Wonder Woman? So now I understand that so many of the comics were about super heroes, and after watching a Spiderman movie I see how exciting the stories can be. It is interesting that the Spiderman series is still one of the most popular. If I were a fanatic of comic books, I think spiderman comic books would be the ones I would collect! I’m pretty sure Ace would be drooling over the different comic books available on this website, because he’s a big fan of superheroes like Spiderman, Batman and Superman. Name every superhero and he can tell you a backgrounder. I believe he’s somewhat fixated on these superheroes, and I bet he would just love a few comic books as a gift. Especially some of the older original spiderman comics. Seems like maybe a good gift idea wouldn’t you say? I think that would have him grinning from ear to ear!
