Razors are one handy accessory men cannot probably live without, or women too included. It is such an essential tool in one’s grooming and personal hygiene. Razors are a clever invention that can make or break a person, literally. If properly used, razors can make someone look pretty, for women that is, with unwanted hair gone in just minutes, and for men, making them gorgeous and handsome with no unsightly mustache or beards. Razors can cause breaks too, or cuts should I say, or razor bumps, those small, irritated bumps on the skin that develop after shaving when strands of hair curl back on themselves and grow into the skin. Razor bumps can cause irritations and develop pimples.
So that probably is the reason why I see small skin irritation in my hubby’s face. He needs to have his razor blades changed, at least every week or more often if needed to prevent razor bumps and burns. He also has to clean the razors with alcohol. Prior to shaving, he has to use or place shaving creams or gels to soften his skin. Hubby also has to shave in the direction of the hair growth and that he doesn’t have to apply too much pressure or shave close to the skin. I have no idea if he knows these basic shaving dos and don’ts. I bet he has forgotten them because his razor burns are quite a few and they’re obvious. I just hope that he’ll heed these simple tips.

Cars…I don’t really have the heart in it. Actually, it was never part of my dreams. I just appreciate nice automobiles but it never crossed my mind wanting to have my own. But Ace, like most men do, loves cars and having one is one of his BIG dreams…even just a Preowned Vauxhall from Trusted Dealers that sells used cars at a great deal. Frankly speaking, I can’t even enumerate the models under one company but Ace does….even cars not found in the country. I always hear him talk about Dodge, Chrysler, etc….but I seldom see those running in the streets. I’m more familiar with Nissan, Toyota, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Chevrolet, Hyundai because I often see those in the streets. Read more… »

Late last month we went to my sister’s place in Digos City without any plan of spending the night or nights there. So we just left the dogs and cat with just worth a day of food. We suddenly changed our minds and spent the night there. The following day, Ace went home to feed the dogs and cat then drove back to Digos City with his motorbike. He was definitely elated while I am not. I am not at peace when Ace drives alone because he is one speedy driver – when the road is clear of motorists (according to him). Whatever the reason for speeding is, I don’t care. I want him to drive at 40-60kph. That’s the speed that I think is safe.
