Plastic Surgery seemed to be the “in” thing. I have heard a lot of cases who undergone cosmetic plastic surgery. Others who had facial trauma due to accident went through reconstructive plastic surgery procedures. But what I don’t understand are those who are going through cosmetic plastic surgery so they would literally look like their “idol”. I am talking about this guy I saw on TV who has undergone a lot of procedures so he may look like SUPERMAN. For real? He must have been too obsessed with superman that he wanted to look like his superhero.

Anyway, I was just reminded of the people I saw on TV who have undergone different procedures because of this infographics that shows the statistics of plastic surgery procedures in the US.

Time for another trim

It’s about time to visit the salon for a trim. I had my last haircut before our Ilocos trip last February. That’s 4 long months and I think I am due for a quick trim now. Yes, just trim. I am not ready for another cut. Of course I won’t be going back to the salon where I had my hair done a lot of times due to not-so-good experience the last time I was there. I wasn’t happy with the services and the person who did my hair, hence, Hair Studio in SM is deleted from my list of favorite salons in the city.

If hair stylists in that salon are products of a beauty school in Phoenix, I wouldn’t try looking for other salons. But since they are not that “professionals” in dealing with their clients, then they are not worth to be patronized.

I miss staying at home! It’s been weeks that we are always out and I miss lazing around here, working in front of my PC or chatting with friends.

We need to supervise the ongoing house work and do some errands so we have no choice but to be outta here even if the summer heat is almost unbearable. Stress, summer heat and dust will somehow cause a skin breakout. If not now, soon. As much as possible I don’t want to deal with adult acne but that can’t be avoided. If I am meant to have a breakout, it will really appear whether I like it or not. To minimize the possibility of breakout, I am now washing my face and taking a shower at night which I don’t usually do especially when I am just inside the house. Skin, be kind to me….no acne please!
