I am a member of BISDAK BLOGGERS group in Facebook (though I am not a full-blooded BISDAK). It’s only me and Mommy Verna who are based in Davao so we decided to have a meet-up yesterday afternoon.

Davao-based Bisdak Bloggers meet-up at Port Cafe Luckily, Zoan and her BF (who are from Bukidnon) is in the city to attend a wedding so they dropped by for a while before preparing themselves for the wedding.

It was great meeting fellow bloggers!

Moi, Mommy Verna and Ace had a great time listening to each other’s stories and discussing other things about blogging.

It won’t be the first and last meet-up, for sure. I am looking forward for bloggers’ activities that me and Mommy Verna would be able to join.

Preggy shoot

Two of my HS classmates that are based here in Davao are on the way. One asked me to shoot her maternity portraits in the coming days so I told her to prepare her costumes and props. While discussing the shoot over FB, another preggy friend said she wanted to join. So I will have two preggy shoots to do! Yay! It’s free, by the way, but I have to do it so I can have some preggy portraits for my upcoming photography fan page in FB.

Speaking about the pregnant friends, one is a medical doctor and the other one is a dentist. So the medical doctor was telling the dentist what medicine she should take and what she should not take when having a migraine attack. Topamax is on the DON’TS list because the doctor is very much aware of the serious side effects of the medicines on the baby. She must have read about the numerous Topamax lawsuit that the O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath – Personal Injury Lawyers are handling.

Postponed beach outing

So our company outing is moved on July. It’s supposed to be last Saturday but the resort is not available so the team decided we’d do it on July. Beach outing on July? It’s rainy season by then!LOL. As long as we’re going to the beach, I don’t mind if it’s summer of rainy season.

Hope it won’t just be a day trip on July but an we’d stay there overnight! I will get decent sleeping bags for me and for Ace so we could have a restful night at the beach. The resort we’re going to is not developed yet so there’s no comfortable cottage where we could spend the night. With the handy sleeping bags, Ace and I could sleep on the sand if cottage is not available! Talk about adventure! I am just excited. Smile
