It’s been a week since we were booked for a flight to Metro Manila but I haven’t finalized our itinerary yet. Going up to the summer capital of the country – Baguio City – is included in the initial plan. But Ace seemed to change his mind. He was trying to convince me not to include it so we have more time going around the metro. Hmmmm….lemme think about that. What I forgot in the list is going to a theme park – either Enchanted Kingdom or Star City but I have to ask around which one is better. If only there’s Disney World in Manila, it would probably our first stop. Now that reminds of the Disney World Tickets that orlandofuntickets[dot]com is selling. After a week of writing about it in my other blogs, I thought I got over it but I am still stucked and drooling on Disney World. How I wish it’s just too near that we could go anytime if we want to have a great and fun time!

Going to Disneyland is every child’s dream, I suppose – unless they have no idea of what disneyland looks like. It’s not actually a child’s dream for me (because I know we cannot afford to go there when I was a kid) but an adult’s dream. When I heard about former colleagues going to Disneyland, I also dream that one day I would have the chance to visit the place and be a child once again. Wish somebody with a big heart will hand me and Ace Disney Tickets and we would gladly accept it…even if it’s a ticket for Disney World in Orlando? Who cares! We would fly there by all means. We were at Davao Crocodile Park late last month and Ace was so thrilled to see a paintball game field just across the parking area. He seemed to be so interested in playing paintball rather than airsoft. While he cannot contain his excitement, I was like “and so?” because I am not really interested. He was then telling me that he’ll inform his colleagues because some of them are also interested so they could play one of these days. Oh well, they still need to purchase equipments like the famous Dangerous Power G3 paintball gun but we heard they could rent out and that would be way cheaper for them. However, if they want to get their own equipments, they could get it from zephyrpaintball[dot]com that sells almost all paintball needs with free shipping! What a deal. So now he is seeing himself playing in that paintball game field with his colleagues soon and I can’t see myself joining them because I find it a men’s game.

We went out with some FC35 (my HS classmates) Saturday night and decided to try Blue Posts in Lanang. The guys (Alan, Ace, Jaja and Jay) including 2 ladies (Yang2x and Penchie) had beer while I had iced tea and Jenny (Alan’s wife) had hot choco. The place was cool and we had a lot of fun. Sorry to the people in the nearby tables for disturbing their quiet moments with their beer buddies. There’s really no dull moment when with the group. As usual, a lot of photos taken because everybody is a camera whore (but photos are still in the camera this time). Nothing’s really changed after more than a decade of graduating from HS.

After a couple of buckets of beer and a lot of finger foods, we decided to eat Durian at 1AM so we drove to Magsaysay Park and have what the group is craving for. We were following Alan’s pick-up truck and we noticed he’s now driving fast. He must have gotten used to his truck unlike when we went to Camiguin Island last year, he was extra careful in driving. He used to be a very defensive driver that when he will get the chance to go to New York and drive around town, there’s low risk of getting into trouble. Hence, he may not need the services of New York accident lawyers unless some wreckless driver would hit his truck. So after the Durian session, we finally decided to call it a night err…morning and headed home. Thanks to friends who broke the monotony of life.

Been trying to redesign my resto in Restaurant City (a facebook application) but after a couple of attempts, I gave up. I am not in my best mood for a makeover and my creative neurons are asleep so I just returned everything in its previous arrangement. Hope next week I could make that dream makeover so my resto would look like a resto, and not an eatery. Good luck to my creative neurons!

I’m still thinking if I will make a major redecoration in my restaurant now. Nope, it’s not a real resto (how I wish it is!). It’s an application in FB and have been playing with it for more than a month already. I’ve saved money for the renovation and decoration but I wanted to do it when I’ve earned the biggest resto area (which I don’t know when) so that I won’t be rearranging the interiors each time I earn a bigger area. However, I am getting bored with the look of my resto (it looks like an eatery, actually. Not a cozy resto) and I am now tempted to redecorate but I don’t have the luxury of time now to spend for the resto makeover as I have lots of tasks at hand and I am beating the deadline. Anyway, have to go. Will see if I’ll have time for the makeover later.
