If you were to decide, would you want to live in one of the units of this 6-storey residential units?

This photos was taken in Baguio City. I am amazed at how they built houses in slopes. Looking at it, I guess I cannot sleep well at night in fear that the foundation might give up and the house will collapse. I am so paranoid! If there’s such a thing as manufactured home insurance, these kind of houses built in slopes of the Cordillera should also be insured from natural calamities. Just imagine that the area is prone to landslide, hence the need for insurance to be sure that homeowners will have something to receive should calamity hit their place. Crossing my fingers nothing untoward incident happens in this kind of residential areas.

Construction is on-going at the nearby subdivision (where our house will soon be built). Most likely, houses will appear like mushrooms in no time so there’s a lot of construction jobs available at the site since contractors will built a house fast can so they could finish as many houses as they can. Sometimes (or most of the time) they are after quantity, and not quality so they can earn so much! Wish Daddy will be here when they will start constructing our house so he could supervise the contractor’s work. Before he left for Pagadian months ago, he told me to let Ace take a leave for a month so he could supervise the construction of our little mansion. I doubt if Ace will be allowed to file a paid leave that long. Anyway, we still have months to decide on that. Let’s just cross the bridge when we get there.

We’re talking about the possibility of assuming the house we’re renting now should the owners want to permanently live in US. We heard from others they tried to sell it before they left but it’s a bit pricey for its value that nobody grabbed it. So they end up renting out this house. I told Ace to tell the mother of the owner to let us know if they will sell the house someday. We don’t have reserved funds for that but we will find ways to raise money should the owners want us to assume this property. We’re interested in this because it’s a corner lot and bigger than the other lots though the house needs some major repair and renovation. Should we have this for our own, I want the flooring be replaced because I don’t want the tiles they have installed and the way it was installed. It’s as if they have installed vinyl tiles when it is actually ceramic tiles.
To do the job of replacing the tiles, I hope there’s one in the city that uses Predator concrete floor grinder‘ that I saw at Innovatech – the top quality distributor of floor removal, floor grinder and floor polishing products such as polisher floor grinders and concrete grinder which is great for easy floor removal, remodelling and renovation for homes and businesses. The job will be a lot easier using those machines than removing the tiles manually which is convenient for the workers and less hassle for the house or business owners for the shorter lead time in finishing the project.
