Summer is always marked fun at the beach, time with friends we have not seen for quite sometime, and yes, countless reunions. These parties and get togethers seem to be unending, so it’s expected that most of us gain weight during the summer. Not to mention of course that because of the heat, many of us just indulge in drinking cold drinks, enjoy cold desserts and just spend more time in the malls than usual.
Speaking of reunions, it would be common that we could bring home those custom t-shirts. I think it’s a good idea because every time we wear those, we are always taken back to wonderful memories.

For almost five years of being married, we have moved a lot of times. Seems like we are moving every year.LOL. We lived with the in-laws, then moved to live on our own in an apartment in downtown area. I like that place because it is very accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. We’re just a trike ride away to have our late night tummy treat at McDo. The wet market is very accessible so we can have fresh produce always. The drawback is, the living expenses is high especially the rental fee that is quite expensive for us. So we decided to move to a house farther from downtown area to cut on rental fee.
So we tried apartment living and what we consider “countryside” living (because we are far from the heart of the city). What we haven’t tried is condo living. It is so expensive and for sure we can’t afford to have a unit. For highly urbanized areas, condo living is very convenient (that is, for those who can afford). But in the US, condo living is very preference for a lot of people.
A friend who is based in Austin must have been living in one of the Austin condos for years now. For busy people like him who has no time to attend to yardworks, condo living is the best. Looking at the photos of Condos Austin TX or should I say condos in Austin TX makes me want to try condo living too considering that we don’t have a troop of pet dogs.

Have you ever been in a situation where choosing a degree to pursue had been so difficult? I have. With all the numerous choices to choose from, I could clearly remember how hard it was to narrow my choices to one, and make a decision I hoped I would not regret in the future. It was not an easy task, but I was able to choose the field I pursued and thankfully, I don’t have the slightest regrets.
Many of my friends pursued medical courses for many reasons but I guess it’s because courses like those are very much in demand overseas and would mean that they would have higher income. Some ended up selling medical supplies like stretchers, wheelchairs and medical step stool, but because they have closed deals with big hospitals, business is good for them, too.
