I can’t help but post this photo. This must not be for public consumption but I find them cute! Aren’t they?haha. This was taken last month during the Family Outing of the company where I used to work years ago.

The Sales and Marketing team is the Welcome Committee for the event and the guys had some sort of a welcome chant and dance for everybody who gets down from the boat to the resort. Sadly, I wasn’t able to take a video of their “welcome ritual”.

Even if they obviously need a workout and the best testosterone boosters for muscle mass, they are too confident to pose for a photo with the President and CEO (the one in shirt). Sir JAC is obviously proud of these guys!

For days, I’ve been looking for nice free Lightroom presets that I could use to process photos that I will be uploading in our photography page in FB. Yes, I am serious about making a photography page to turn this hobby into income generating project. We cannot compete with those that have names in photography but I am hopeful friends will try to get our services.

Sadly, I cannot find nice free presets for portraits. There are beautiful presets but it is not free! Then I can say “the best things in life are NOT free”.LOL. I am not willing to spend more than $10 for a set of presets for now because we are not earning that much. I’d rather buy Ace a pair of coogi shoes than buying the presets that I’ve been drooling to death for days. So I just have to find a way to tweak the presets in LR so I can achieve the effect that I wanted. Wish me luck!

Wednesday last week, I received a call from a former colleague telling me that I was referred by one of their employees (who is Ace’ HS batchmate) to be their official photographer during their company’s family outing. I was elated. First, because finally our Canon 400D that is more than three years old with us will have its first paid gig! Second, because I will have the chance to be with former colleagues after years of not seeing them! Yay!
