It’s been days since we’re back from a weekend getaway but I can’t get over with my experience in Bohol. I really wish we stayed longer. But we shall RETURN! We haven’t enjoyed the beach in Panglao Island much because we arrived there late in the afternoon and we checked out early morning. Next time we will stay there longer! One thing more that I missed doing is to ask for tariffs and business cards of the resorts nearby so I could compare prices and book for our next visit. Also, I failed to ask for a business card of the car owner/driver that we hired for the tour so I could refer him to other friends who might be visiting Bohol soon. Hmmm…I guess he has none and he might want to take advantage of the free business cards from Conquest Graphics. This will really help him a lot in promoting his local business.

I’d better check the site and see how I can avail of the free business cards. I need one for my online endeavors like other bloggers who hand out their business cards during the bloggers’ summit last year.

In the heart of Laoag City is the sinking bell tower.

Sadly, one cannot get a decent photo of the tower without the cables and the establishments close to it.

It was said that a man riding in a horse can get inside the entrance door before but since the tower is too heavy it has sunk to the ground and is leaning to the north.

Just a few hundred meters away from the sinking bell tower is the Church of Laoag or the St. William’s Cathedral.

Why on earth there’s no water coming from the faucet? I’m supposed to shower now because we have errands to do in a while. How can we go out without taking a shower? Oh my! I just hope we could make it to the bank later. So to make use of the time I’d better work because I need to finish everything before we will be off to a weekend getaway tomorrow. Yes, we will be “flying” again tomorrow. This time, to Cebu then go straight to Bohol for a tour with Ace’ cousin and a spend a night at a beach in Panglao Island with a couple friend.

Finally, we will be able to visit Bohol…after so many years of planning to go there. But before I could pack our things for the short trip, I need to sit still and look for social security disability insurance online that I kept on forgetting for so many days. Now I don’t have a choice but to do all my pending tasks so my mind will be focused on the trip and not on my tasks.LOL.
