There’s a subtle convincing on Ace’ part about the surplus Honda cars coming from Japan. I agree it is a great deal considering that it is complete with car accessories. Who wants it? Leave a comment and I will PM you the price. Though it is nifty, I have issues with it and so does Ace. The car is a right-hand drive! Ace said it could be converted but I am not amenable with it. I would prefer the ones manufactured to be left-hand drive for there might be issues during conversion. Besides, it would be another cash out when it will be converted to left-hand drive so better get the ones suited for our streets.

Oh my, I was just checking my friend’s online store in multiply earlier then later on I found myself browsing at Coach site! I was hooked. Just like any other woman who is addicted to bags, I also dream to have one of those signature bags and I’ve got a crush on these two bags! I want large bags (because I bring so many things) so these two are appropriate for me. Our DSLR could also fit into the bag so I won’t be bringing our Tamrac camera bag when I find it inappropriate to be bringing along a bulky camera bag. We don’t believe in Santa so I won’t be asking Santa to give this to me. Instead, I am asking HIM to send me signs that one of these bags is really for me and provide me additional means to get this dream bag.

Ace, like all men do, is very fond of cars. He was like “wow!” when we happen to see cars displayed in a mall’s atrium. Days to go before my special day.  I asked Ace the other night what he’ll give me this time. I really hope there is because he is not the type of person who gives on special days but surprises me when there’s no occassion. He asked me what do I want. I told him I want to be surprised. I don’t wanna demand. His concern is, what if I don’t like it? Ow, I am not that type of person. I keep all what was given to me regardless if I can use it or not, Whether it’s a big thing or or even just a friendship band, as long as it was given, it is of value to me. Personally, I want a house with big and wide windows for lotsa fresh air to breath and to freshen the whole house. As much as possible, I want all windows in a house opened because I felt soffucated with closed windows, with little air to breath. With wide and big windows, the house can be naturally lighted. Hence, no need for so incandescent and flourescent lamps to be on during daytime. Anyway, the design I have in mind is a French window as it generally adds beauty to the house. The problem with this style is the security. Window grills can serve the purpose of making the house more secured but it may ruin the window’s beauty. Anyway, I think a window shutter is perfect for this design and could keep the house secure during night or when everybody’s out.

Ace reads my blog from post to post when he arrives home from work. He was happy last night as he read my post about his BIG dream having a car. Early this morning, I wrote on considering a used car for his dream to realize. Now, I am here….thinking about one of my fave car manufacturer, Chevrolet. Oh well, don’t tell me I am getting involved in this car fondness. Anyway, I like Chev cars like the one of our godparents, Ninang Janet owned. Ninong Boy bought a car for her so he’ll have an excuse not to fetch her from work for they have different schedules.

With Ace’ interest on having a car (yes, a car not a truck),  I checked on some sites selling used cars because the first option is having a 2nd-hand car. Even before, he was telling me that the car should not overused so kilometer gauge should be checked. If it reads thousands of miles already, yet the car is used for quite a short time, then it must have been used for long distance travel often. Another thing he is telling me to consider is the owner. He wants the former owner of the car to be a woman because generally, woman owners and drivers are extra careful with their cars. Hence, he can be sure that the care is well maintained or taken care of. Aside from the kilometer gauge and woman owner/driver, he wanted to make sure that the driver doesn’t smoke because smell from a cigar is a big NO for him.

Cars…I don’t really have the heart in it. Actually, it was never part of my dreams. I just appreciate nice automobiles but it never crossed my mind wanting to have my own. But Ace, like most men do, loves cars and having one is one of his BIG dreams. Frankly speaking, I can’t even enumerate the models under one company but Ace does….even cars not found in the country. I always hear him say about Dodge, Chrysler, etc….but I seldom see those running in the streets. I’m more familiar with Nissan, Toyota, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Chevrolet, Hyundai because I often see those in the streets.  Read more… »
