It’s another Monday! As usual, a busy day despite if it is a regular holiday. Oh the pain of working online! The fact that US is not a holiday, I need to work. Thanks anyway for the work opportunities!
It must have been a long night last night but the coffee which I had didn’t seem to kick me that I fell asleep as soon as I finished a cup.LOL. The caffeine must kept me awake but the sleepyhead prevailed that I decided to hit the bed after dozing off in front of my laptop. So now I am alive and kicking after a deep slumber. It may not be an 8-hour sleep but it’s enough for me. I have fully rested. Thanks God for the coffee that made me sleep well.hahahaha.
So another busy week starts now! Have a fruitful week ahead peeps!

Ace’ work allows him to be in contact with their suppliers for packaging materials including but not limited to sticker labels, plastic cards, plastic packaging materials, etc. Sometimes he’s so stressed dealing with work that is not supposed to be his function like calling suppliers for their purchase order that was not served and they are already running out of packaging materials. their products are perishable and cannot be stored for long just to wait for the lacking packaging materials for it to be properly packed and ready for shipment abroad. He’s thinking of suggesting to the management to look for other Label Printing companies that could deliver their requirements for their sticker labels which they have the most inefficient supplier.
Thanks to the internet that I’ve found My1stop.com – a Custom Printing company that has the ability to serve whatever printing jobs their clients need such as Plastic Card Printing, stock labels, thermal transfer ribbons and so much more! This must be the answer to Ace’ problem with suppliers that cannot meet their requirements on time. Then this could be a great help to the people in purchasing, warehouse, and most of all to the departments that needs those packaging materials. I think Ace’ employer should consider My1Stop.com because it provides international support for the whole duration of their business engagement with their client. So that’s less of a headache on the client’s part, and lesser stress for Ace and his colleagues.

Working in a manufacturing plant for years has made me acquainted with motors but if you ask me now to enumerate those, I cannot say it instantly. Seems to me those were stored in my short term memory. What I cannot forget are the die (for the extruder machines) and pneumatic valves. Guess those were two of the few motors or motor parts that I could still recall until now. Working in the office is a good excuse for forgetting those things!LOL.
Anyway, I could still recall how maintenance people’s faces are so worried and stressed when there’s machine trouble or Electric motors problem. Of course, who would be happy with that? Production is at stake when one machine won’t work. So management will keep their eyes to these people in charge in maintenance and trouble shooting. Another stressed person during machine trouble is the purchasing assistant in looking for supplier that could deliver the requirement the soonest possible time. Aside from looking at Fremont Industrial Supply’s website, she would then call one supplier after another hoping they have available motors such as Hydraulic rams that functions as a hydraulic transformer. Times like that, I cannot help but blame the maintenance people for not doing a regular preventive maintenance. Such problem could have been prevented if preventive maintenance is being conducted regularly as they can see the status of the machine or a motor if it’s close to giving up.
