More than half of the population that we have now are currently employed by different companies with various kinds of fields and most of them are spending more time with their work than with their family and leisure activities. It’s no secret that employees are one of the most important factors why a certain company evolves and become productive.

This is the main reason why our government is giving importance with the workers that we have today. They are giving extra benefits for every employee and that include trainings, short courses, health benefits and insurance as well. They continue to implement laws that will require every organization to provide a safe and hazard free work place for their team.

It was Thursday last week when my balikbayan box containing my Black Friday sale loots arrived. Weee!!! I am so excited for my new desktop bit it was already Sunday when we got the time to set-up in my desk. Remember I was blogging about moving my desk at the other room? Ace won’t allow me to work there because there’s no a/c. It’s hot in there during afternoons so my work station should remain inside our bedroom.

While Ace is busy setting up, I am busy cleaning my table drawers too. It’s been a while since I organized it. What’s inside my drawers? A lot of ATM receipts, club flyers, house and lot flyers, scratch papers, etc. Now there’s more space in my drawer for another batch of not-so-important papers that I have collected over time.LOL. Next time that I clean my drawers, I am pretty sure there will be lots of receipts and flyers again.haha

Being a female, I have an excuse not to know much about machines especially that I don’t have the inclination to learn those things. But my gender is not an excuse when I worked formanufacturing companies for five years. Thanks to that anyway that I was able to know some things. I thought what I know is enough and I already know a lot until I encountered the word CNC machine. I had to seek the help of search engines to know what CNC means – and that is Computer Numerically Controlled – am I right? Correct me if I am wrong. Read more… »
