Mamma Mia…here we go again

Many times I have blogged that I am not fond of watching movies. But yesterday was different. While I was in Kabacan, Ace got me a blu ray disc copy of Mamma Mia and Bride Wars. I have watched Mamma Mia months ago when Ace downloaded it from the net. I had fun watching it so he told me he’d get me a copy. Now it was months ago so I already forgot about it. But when we arrived here last Saturday, he showed me the movies. I wasn’t excited at first because I am not a movie sucker so I just let it sit on top of the DVD player until yesterday afternoon when Che2x and Biboy (our nephew) arrived that I thought of watching DVD so we have something to do. We watched Bride Wars twice and Mamma Mia afterwards. The two teenagers don’t really appreciate Mamma Mia because they’re unfamiliar with Abba’s songs. Only me, Daddy and Ace had fun watching it because we can “relate” to the songs.

Now the two will have another movie marathon after lunch and I was telling Che2x to spread a mat or comforter on the floor so they could lie down while watching like what Ace usually does. It would have been better if we have home theater furniture. I am sure Ace would love to have one should we afford it in the future. As of the moment, lying on the floor while watching would be great.

Really love that movie too! Even my little kid got hooked watching and later had LSS with the songs. My hubby on the other hand was pretending it was too corny but I can swear he was watching in the corner of his eyes. haha!
