Yes, you read it right….credit scam. I wasn’t expecting there is really such. I thought scams only exist in business, online jobs, or anything that goes with money. Now I know credit scam is also possible. Well, with the internet, nothing is really impossible. Most scams are through the world wide web. Fraudsters are also almost everywhere. They can easily victimize credit card holders in subtle ways such as selling something over the phone to get the card holder’s card information. There’s a lot of ways one can be a victim of fraud and scam. Hence, it is always safe to be sure that when doing an online transaction using a credit card, be sure that the site is legitimate and real. Credit card holders are also advised to get their credit score from time to time to check for signs of credit fraud early. This is really scary and I hope I wouldn’t be a victim of this should I get a credit card and put this in mind…never pay for a pre-approved credit card because it surely is a scam.
