Huh? What happened to the content of this post? I quickly posted something just after midnight only to find out that the content was missing when I published it. I was really sleepy to compose a post again so I decided to leave the title alone and edit it when I wake up.
Anyway, it was past midnight when I got off from work. Aside from the online training that our team is undergoing every 7-8AM CST (that’s 8-9PM Phil. time), we are also required to report for the live email support group at 10-11AM (11PM-12MN). So that keeps me awake until past midnight these past days and that will go on until June 5. How about my night life?hehehe…as if I have an active night life with friends.
So after logging off, I was feeling hungry. I am so tempted to eat because I could smell the garlic-infused Olive oil from our leftover for dinner. It smells sooo good that I really wanted to eat. But I will be sleeping in a while so I just can’t eat because I am afraid to sleep with full stomach. Talk about being paranoid in Pancreatitis (the medical term, I guess, for “bangungot”). Instead of eating, I had water instead. So I was able to sleep soundly.
Talking about what we had for dinner, it was a new addition to my collection of have-done recipes. It was so delicious according to Ace (oh, when did I cook that wasn’t delicious to him?). It was a Spanish-inspired recipe that we have tasted once in Mooon Cafe in Guadalupe, Cebu City two years ago. It was one of the dishes that I ever tasted and never forgot about it. It’s been a while since I wanted to cook my version of it but just got the chance last night. I will be posting the photo when I am done uploading it to the PC. So that’s all for now. I will have to prepare our breakfast which is the leftover from last night’s dinner and will be back with the picture after I have eaten.
