What type(s) of vitamins and/or supplements do you take on a regular basis?
* As of now, I stopped taking vitamins/supplements. Before, I am shifting from one brand to another depending on how my body reacts to it. I have tried Lecit-E, Centrum, Stresstabs, and Tegreen. So far, the best for me is Tegreen from Pharmanex.
