After more than half a decade of using my cellphone, I was able to replace it. But the replacement is unplanned as I only got the phone that my sister’s sister-in-law passed on to me because she doesn’t want the features. Then after more than a week, Ace finally decided to let his half-a-decade old phone. So what he got is a much higher version and more expensive than mine. Should I say thrice the price of my phone? I don’t think that is too much especially if he will be using his phone for the next five years.
I think for the next cellphone upgrade, we can have used cell phones instead of getting brand new ones. That way we can help save the environment because the waste from electronics will be minimized. Had I known it earlier that there are used t mobile phones being sold in the market, I should have asked my friend to get me one and ship it here. There are even used used at&t cell phones that we can choose from. Getting used phones is a smart decision for it does not only save the environment but save a lot of bucks too! Oh, I am just late upon knowing this. Maybe next time.
