Plans to go out for a brisk walk during early mornings is epic fail. Since last week my body clock had a drastic change. If I sleep before midnight before, now I can’t sleep until the clock strikes 2AM. How can I get up early for a walk if I sleep at 2AM? Before that morning walk become a reality, I need to set my body clock back to normal. Hence, starting next week I should be in bed before midnight.
One most convenient way to get fit is to get an exercise equipment so I could force myself to step into it anytime of the day. If there’s a great deal of used gym equipment I could find, why not?! I like the stationary bike that I saw at a surplus store the last time we visited. As long as it will not occupy a lot of space and we can use if for its purpose, I’d go for it. But since we are moving with my sister and her family in one house, there’ll be no space for an exercise equipment so I’d find another way to “force” me to sweat out daily. Hope I would be a morning person soon so I and Ace could do a morning walk in the neighborhood. It’s not that convenient for brisk walking because the roads are not paved but I hope we could find time to just have a morning walk even for a short period. I badly need that to make me more productive daily.
