Life’s Lessons

For weeks, I felt restless during the night and I can’t even have a decent power nap during the day. I felt my heart is palpitating that I was suspecting it may be due to the softdinks that I am drinking. The worst is, I am constipated so I was planning to go back in drinking tea again. I always wanted the most sought-after Miracle Tea but it’s out of the budget yet. So I will juat have the instant tea that’s been sitting in the cupboard for months. I may not get the cleansing that I want but at least it will solve my problem on bowel movement.
