Whew! I could really feel the effect of global warming added to the almost unbearable summer heat. Even if I just took a bath, I am perspiring after a few minutes. When we moved here in the apartment, we could still sleep without electric fan as long as the windows are open. But lately, it’s been too hot that even if all windows are wide open, we still need to turn on the electric fan so we could sleep comfortably. Early tonight, Che2x and Biboy (one of our nephews who will be staying here for a week-long vacation) were trying to revive the electric fan Ella has borrowed from her paternal aunt but they didn’t succeed to make the fan function. Then I tried my luck by checking on the fan but I’ve got no background in electronics so I am also unsuccessful in making it work. Tomorrow I’ll check it again and if it won’t work, maybe we should bring it to the shop for repair so it could still be used for I’ve got no budget to purchase an electric fan to be used in Che2x’s room.
