Last Monday we took time to comply Ace’ requirements for his housing loan. Finally! That was one year in the making.LOL. Actually, we’re just waiting for the developer to clear the area, pave the subdivision roads, and build some houses within the block of our reserved lot before submitting all the necessary documents. But Ace was given only until that Monday to submit his documents to the developer so we both took a leave from work to comply his requirements. We had plans of upgrading from the second smallest unit to the biggest unit among the low-cost (less than a million worth) units thinking he is qualified for the upgrade only to find out he fall short just a few thousands in his monthly income (allowances and overtimes are not included in the computation of his income just because it is not reflected in his 2316).

But because we really wanted to get the bigger house and larger lot, we have to pay for an equity of more than a hundred thousand pesos and thirty percent of that should be paid one time and the balance will be paid in one year. That’s why we badly need money next month! Ace is in high spirits for the house so I am sure we will find ways to secure the amount that we need and I am confident HE will provide for us! So while we are not sure where to get the money, I will render extra hours at work and extra time to do my online tasks. With a little amount from here, and a little amount from there, when put together will definitely be a great help in raising the amount that we need.
