Just one more document and we’re done with our housing loan application! Yay! Been looking forward for that day when we finally see our own haven being constructed and finally be able to move in. We have decided to upgrade to a bigger lot and floor area because what we have reserved at first is too tight. I’ve always wanted a spacious lot ever since that is why I have issues over subdivision lots that are too small, without enough space for a garden, a lawn or anything that you want to improve in your property. Aside from big lot area, I wanted a house plan where I can take a big part in designing it. Sadly, that’s not what will happen because we’re getting a house that is pre-designed and lot. It’s more convenient that way than acquiring a lot and constructing the house from our end.

Anyway, I am not losing hope that someday, somehow we will be able to get a large home lot and construct our preferred house based on the home plans that I am eyeing at www.houseplansandmore.com. Been browsing for nice house plans in the site and among others, here’s my personal pick…

There’s a lot more house plan styles available that could cater your personal preference from farm houses to traditional houses. Looking at the floor plan and style of my personal pick made me wish that someday, we can have my dream house similar to that.
