When we told Che2x about the TV set with free compact digital camera, she was really ecstatic and insisted on getting that TV set so she could have the digital camera. WHAT???? She think I will really give the digicam to her that easy? She was actually asking for a digicam as a graduation gift. That if she will really graduate come end of school year. Now she told me to give cash to her as a gift because she’s saving for a digicam. See, that girl is SOOOO demanding. She thinks we are just picking money from the street that when she asks for something we could give it to her right away? When I was her age, I didn’t even ask for a camera even just a film camera because digital cameras are not yet widely used then. However, if we got the TV with free digital camera, we would not give the digicam to her but to PILs instead. How about Che2x? Let her work and save for her dream digital camera but if she’ll insist on giving her one, she must choose between a digicam or her daily allowance. I will not give her allowance so I could buy her a digicam. Am I fair enough?
