SubscribeHappy Sunday! I am posting this from my cousin’s house down in the southern part of Davao city specifically in Wellspring Highlands in Catalunan Pequeño. Yes, we (Ace, Che2x and I) spent the night here. I don’t know what came to mind early last night that I just thought of going here. Ahhh, because it’s so HOT in the house and there’s no water that we cannot take a bath. So when I told Ace that we’ll go here, he instantly said, OK. After receiving a confirmation text from Manang Inday, we all packed up and hailed in a taxi. We had a sumptuous dinner when we arrived here…fried dried squid, fish paksiw and pork binagoongan (pork cooked in shrimp paste). Yummy!
Only Manang Inday and Dimple were here because Manong Joey is working abroad. With their set-up, guess they need any security systems available for their safety since they don’t have a fence yet. When Manong is not here, the mother and daughter share in the master’s bedroom to save electricity for the aircon (according to Manang). Last night, Manang and Dimple vacated the master’s bedroom and they slept in the latter’s room so we could sleep in Manang and Manong’s room because the bed is bigger there. All three of us could fit in the bed. Only to find out that Che2x would not want to sleep in the bed so she used the visitor’s bed foam and slept in the floor. I must say the two (Ace and Che2x) had a very deep sleep while I was tossing in bed. Ace only got up from bed just before breakfast. I woke him up a couple of times but he still wanted to sleep longer.
Che2x was so eager to check on her friendster account so I need to end this post. Be back later.
