It’s great to be part of the fulfillment of someone else’s wish. This time of the year is one great opportunity to be a hero. Sears is helping out military families to grant their wishes through Heroes at Home Wish Registry where military families will receive gift cards to be used in purchasing their sought-after items. For the coming holidays, and the only way for these families to get what they wished for is through you. Yes, I am talking to you. Everyone of us has the capability to grant a simple wish by donating a certain amount to the program. 

I know we have all our own wishes for the holidays, be it tangible or non-tangible things. But more than anything else, many families of the military service men and veterans have their needs more than us. And there’s no better way to put a smile on their faces and somehow make their lives a way better by getting what they wished for for the holidays. It would not even matter how much we give for this program. It’s the thought that counts, as they say. Be a hero of the unsung heroes and their families even for a day by donating some amount to the Sears Heroes at Home Wish Registry. Even a cent would go a long way.
