I am allergic to unexpected phone calls from any of my relatives. For every call, it’s either good or bad news but most often, it’s always a bad news. Early last night, my youngest sister received an SMS message from one of our cousins back home. Clarence asked my sister, Cherelyn if she knew what happened to Sherwin, our cousin. Later on, Clarence told Cherelyn to call her but we weren’t able to call immediately. Since Clarence didn’t informed us (in her SMS message) what happened to Sherwin, we started to conclude….maybe he’s getting married or he met an accident. After a while, our elder cousin called up telling us that Sherwin died. He committed suicide in their house earlier. It’s so traumatic to receive phone calls like that.

After Inang’s birthday celebration the other day, here comes a tragedy. The very first thing that I uttered, “it’s his father’s fault”. Sherwin and his family have gone through a lot ’coz of the broken marriage of his parents. His father, who happened to be my mother’s younger brother, coveted his wife’s bestfriend. I remember how the whole family, tried to caught them on act but my Uncle denied everything. Anyho, a thief would not admit that he is such. So as my Uncle. He denied everything. How come he did it not considering his five children? My Aunt and the children suffered a lot and Sherwin was the most affected I think. He dropped out of school and became a problem child. His life has no clear direction. He has caused his mother many headaches but his mother was still there for him. Anyway, he chose to end his life, and we cannot do anything about it anymore.

I know my Uncle will blame his wife for what happened to Sherwin. Even before, he puts the blame on his wife for what is happening to Sherwin.  How d*r* him! If only he was a good father, a good example to his children, probably, Sherwin is still alive. I am really angry with him! He was such a b****. He must have realized that he did not do good except that his legitimate family is receiving PhP5,000.00 a month from his salary. How could they live with that? His money cannot replace his presence being a father to the family while he is living with his other woman. They both are b*t*h! I am sorry for my language but I am really angry with the two people who ruined their families’ lives.
