Our life, experiences, and lessons learned

On the third weekend of our DSLR with us (June 01, 2008), we went to People’s Park for a photo walk. People’s Park is the most decent public park here in Davao City and it just opened December 2007. The park’s pretty new so the facilities are all working fine.

They have a replica of a Durian – Davao’s exotic fruit

and the rainbow-colored brick pavement…yes, it’s complete as in ROY G. BIV (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet – thanks to my elementary science teacher for teaching us that ROY G. BIV)

and the works of art of a local sculptor

people of all ages go in this park because it is free and being in this park feels like you are in other country.

That’s how we spent one of our weekends almost 2 years ago. How about yours? Share it with us in Weekend Memoirs.

The dome at the entrance, is very modern. Very smart for the rainbow pavement. Hahaha, I remember Mr Roy G Biv.

    Nice hidden treasured photos!
