It rained so hard early this afternoon that the two dogs (Puto and Maya) wanted to get inside the house. Ohh…before I forget, did I mentioned about them before? Both dogs came from my hometown. Maya is brought here in Davao almost a year before Puto. She was named after our fave dog. Puto, on the other hand was named by Ella when she’s 2 years old. The two dogs are well-loved especially by Ace and it’s Mamang who decided to give them to him. Puto is so hyper, a typical male dog while Maya is somewhat reserved. Our canines are not cross-breeds, they are just domisticated or ”asong kalye” (askal) that’s why we don’t allow them inside the house. With the heavy rain earlier, I’m sure they felt cold. Maybe their fur can’t keep them warm enough so they kept on “crying”, as if begging to get inside. I just brought out an old blanket to keep them warm for the meantime. How I wish we could get them pet beds where they’ll sleep comfortably. I like this quilted one for Maya
and this checkered one will be perfect for Puto.
