My iPANEMA

I was going over www.bookit.com just having a glimpse of the destin vacation rentals on the beach for a family vacation in my dreams when I remember I have one important thing to post. I was looking at beaches that I remember my new flip flops that I haven’t blogged about.

At times Ace is more of an impulsive buyer than me. Impulsive shopper for me and not for himself. Last weekend, we went out to do some errands and malling wearing my old flip flops that is only presentable in going to the market and not at the mall. I told Ace I will just buy a havaianas replica at the mall or at the sidewalk when we get there but I couldn’t find my type.

After getting his salary from the ATM, we went around and saw discounted sneakers at one of the shoe stores. Ace wanted to get a pair for me so we could push through with our early walking at the nearby mall’s parking area or at the park. I was insisting the sneakers could wait until we’ll be having extra budget for shopping but he really wanted to buy me a pair. After a while, he changed his mind so he didn’t get the shoes and we went out of the store instead. He leaded me to the store selling original Havaianas flip flops but on the way to the store, I dropped by at one of the boutiques and just checked on iPANEMA flip flops. My eyes would almost pop out as I look at the price so I returned the flip flops and went out. Turned out, Havaianas is more expensive than iPANEMA with designs that aren’t classy….just plain flip flops (obviously made of rubber) at more than a thousand pesos each pair! Ace really wanted to get a pair so I told him I would rather get an iPANEMA than the Havaianas. Presto, got a pair of the most expensive flip flops I ever had in my entire life courtesy of hubby! He paid for it without blinking an eye or second thoughts.*lol* When I asked him why, he said he wanted to give me a new pair of footwear so my Rusty Lopez casual shoes and my Toeberries flip flops could rest for a while because they have been serving me for long (my RL shoes has been my partner in crime for more than a year). Besides, I am changing wardrobe so I also need to change footwears to match my wardrobe.*wink*. Now I am loving my new iPanema flip flops from Ace and Che2x is drooling over it. Anyway, (for the record) here’s my flip flops….

Oo nga eh. I was thinking of having another blog through WordPress kaso may nagsabi sakin na I need to get a webhost provider aside from the domain name.

    Ganun ba talaga sa WordPress?

ganun nga sis, dapat self-hosted ang wordpress mo so aside from domain, you have to get a host. anyway, I can host you if you want kasi out of 20, I am only hosting 10 domains in my hosting account. just lemme know. :-)
