Dalampasigan o tabing dagat, ito ang pinakapaborito kong puntahan kahit ako ay lumaki sa gitnang bahagi ng Mindanao kung saan kailangan pa naming bumiyahe ng 2 oras para makapunta sa pinakamalapit na dagat sa aming bayan. Kaya siguro naging paborito ko ang dagat dahil isa o dalawang beses sa isang taon lamang kami nakakaligo sa dagat noon. Hindi man ako mahilig magbabad ng matagal sa tubig, gustong-gusto kong naglalakad sa dalampasigan habang lumalanghap ng sariwang hangin galing sa dagat. Sa tuwing ako ay may pagkakataong magtampisaw sa dagat ay d ko pinalalagpas. Kaya noong nakaraang Sabado, ako ay lumiban sa aking trabaho para sumama sa aking kapatid sa pagpunta nila sa dalampasigan sa gawing Hilaga ng Davao. Ang larawan ay kuha sa Bago Beach Resort sa Bago Aplaya.
Seashore or Beach, this is my most favorite place though I grew up in Central Mindanao where we need to travel at least 2 hrs to go to the nearest beach from our town. We only get the chance to bathe in the beach once or twice a year. I can’t stand being in the water for so long but I love walking in the shore and breathe in some fresh air. Since we seldom go to the beach, I made sure to grab each opportunity to be one with nature. Hence, I called for leave from work last Saturday to tag along with my sister who’s going to the beach somewhere in the southern part of the city. The photo was taken in Bago Beach Resort in Bago Aplaya.

Ito ay isang puno…isang matayog na puno kung saan manggagaling ang ginagawang pundasyon at haligi ng isang karaniwang bahay. Ito ang aking napiling ilahok ngayong linggo para sa ting tema dahil ako ay naniniwalang ang AMA ang syang haligi ng tahanan. Ang ama ang syang nagsisilbing gabay at nagbibigay lakas sa kanyang pamilya sa anumang unos na dumarating.
This is a sturdy tree where the foundation and posts of a house came from. I chose this as an entry for this week’s theme because I believe that a FATHER should be the foundation of a family. A father serves as a guide and gives strength to the family in facing all the challenges in life that come along the way.

I missed two photo memes consecutively…the Litratong Pinoy which is supposed to be posted last Thursday and the Sky Watch last Friday. For Litratong Pinoy, I don’t have an entry because I cannot find a photo suited for the theme for the week which was Independence Day. That’s because I wasn’t able to go out during Independence day to take a photo of anything pertaining to the celebration. For the Sky Watch, I have lots of sky photos but I don’t find it worth sharing because nothing so special with it. I like something that can capture one’s attention. I was also busy on other things yesterday so I wasn’t able to post until almost midnight.
Today is laundry day but I haven’t finished it yet…just half was done.*sigh*. So, another batch should be washed tomorrow early morning before we will attend Sunday service. Later this afternoon, I experimented on taking photos of the roses we bought yesterday. Hmmm…I cannot figure out how to play on the different settings of the 400D. Can anybody walk me through it, please? I want something like taken by a professional photographer. I still have a long way to go though…but one thing is for sure. All photos I have posted or will be posting here are ALL ORIGINAL. Nothing was edited. Anyway, my photo shoot was cut short because the CF memory card was already full and it’s time to upload the photos to the PC. If this would go on everyday, for sure the PC’s memory will be full in months’ time. Will then heed on what an online friend, Julie, made to address this concern. She had an external hard drive where she saves all their photos. Anyway, for the photos I have taken, watch out for it…it will surely be posted here later. And one thing’s for sure, all will be posted in their original form. I mean, no editing will be made.

Ang pag-iisang dibdib ay isang desisyon na pinag-iisipan ng milyong beses dahil sabi nga ng nakakatanda, ito ay “di parang kaning isusubo na iduduwal kapag napaso”. Ako ay naghahanap ng magandang larawan ng aming mga simbolo sa kasal ngunit wala akong makita. Kaya heto, pagtiyagaan nyo na lamang ang aming mga larawan ng pag-iisang dibdib. Halata bang kinakabahan kami sa unang larawan? D ko maipaliwanang aking nararamdaman habang pinapakinggan ang pangako sa akin ng aking magiging asawa sa Maykapal.
One should think a million times before getting married because it is not like eating rice that you can spit out when hot. I was looking for a nice photo of our wedding symbols but I haven’t found one so I am posting some of our wedding photos. Please bear with the photos.LOL. Do we look nervous in the first photo? I cannot explain my feelings while Ace makes his vow to me before God.
