When I was still in the rat race as a rank-and-file corporate slave, I really wanted to have a 360 degrees performance evaluation. That means I will also evaluate my superior who did my performance evaluation. This is what rank and file employees wanted. Why? Because we feel we are not evaluated fairly. It’s unfair for us to be evaluated in our performance as subordinate and we don’t have a way to evaluate our immediate superiors’ performance on being the boss or just how they do their function. Again, Ace talked about his disappointments at work and he really wanted to quit. I cannot say he cannot handle pressure but the workload is too much for him not to mention a number of people he directly coordinates with and the many “bosses” that asks favor for him to do this and that. He should only be directly reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor but with the company’s lack of centralized and coordinated system, their workflow is so complicated that a should be one-process task became multi-process. He has been working hard to make the workflow simple by eliminating some processes that should not be done but he cannot change the whole system of the department and the company as a whole. Yey! I’m an outstanding PPP postie. My submitted posts are all AUTO APPROVED for more than weeks now. It means, I don’t have to wait for a notification that my post has been approved or worst, declined. I don’t intend to brag about it…. I just want to inspire and encourage others by this. I thought blogging is just so easy that I’ll just write whatever comes to mind. But I came to the point of watching over the quality of my posts especially the paid ones. It’s like verstehen….putting my feet in the advertiser’s shoes. I don’t wanna disappoint who pays me. Like in the rat race, we try our best to deliver our deliverables and going an extra mile to have not just outputs but QUALITY outputs. Hence, whatever the price it’s important for me to make sure that the advertiser will be happy with my post. This may be petty thing to others but it is motivating on my part. Hence, everytime I make a post, I make sure it’s of good quality, simple and understandable. It doesn’t have to be full of flowery words but simple and precise words instead. It doesn’t have to be in complex sentence which sometimes make the tone confusing. I am not excellent in vocabulary that’s why I frequently use layman terms. The thing is, as much as possible I am trying to make my post simple yet comprehensive. Good luck everybody and watch out for your AUTO APPROVED posts. Happy blogging!

It’s Wednesday again. Time really runs so fast. Yesterday, seems I didn’t accomplish much. I was waiting for back-up call when I started to play penguin diner (thanks to Ella who discovered this game). I was so engrossed with this online game that I didn’t notice the time. I only stopped playing when my eyes are already strained. Huh? I forgot to wear my eyeglasses or I just don’t want to stand up and get it in our room? Guess the latter is more appropriate*lol*. Now I know how does it feel to be pre-occupied with online games. Shame on me for asking Ace what he’ll get playing with need for speed until the wee hours in the morning*lol*. Anyway, that was before he get into the rat race (Robert Kiyosaki’s term for the corporate world in his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad) again. Anyhow, I’m supposed to finish all opportunities yesterday so that I won’t be cramming when deadline comes. But yesterday, my Id (the kid in me) dominated than my ego. Whatever…..I just enjoyed the game.
Again, our earnings for online coding was already posted. Now I really feel the need to claim my UnionBank EON card so that OHJ could transfer our earnings to my account. Guess it’s been weeks that my card is available. Just that I don’t have the time to get it. Well, this time I really need to get it. I hope I can have time tomorrow….should I say, I should have time tomorrow.
