RealRank

Blog’s rank doesn’t matter with me before until I signed up with blog advertising companies. With barely 2 month-old blog, mine is almost at the end of list in ranking or have a low market value. Since advertisers prefer blogs with Google page ranks, getting a high-paid opps is next to impossible. In short, I don’t qualify to take it. However, it’s better than nothing.

I was wondering how Google page rank can be achieved. Alexa and Technorati’s principle in page ranking is well understood for I can see my ranking increased as my link to other sites is increasing in number. I have read articles in increasing a page rank but I cannot get it’s point. According to the articles, one way to achieve PR is to submit the site to search engines and link to other related sites. But seems it isn’t true. I have come across sites that aren’t that good enough, with barely a thousand or more visitors, that has less than a hundred links but it does have a PR of 3. How come it happened?

Good thing that IZEARanks.com was launched. Blogs registered in this site will have their RealRank using blog ranking system based on traffic and the influence of blog. I hope IZEARanks.com is as good as other relevant rankings that’s considered by advertisers in laying the opportunities to the marketplace. This way, blogs that with a PR may possibly have a high ranking or otherwise. Early today, I signed up for IZEARanks.com and I think the system is good enough. I just had to copy a code and paste it in my page’s html. Though figuring out where to paste it took me almost an hour, finally it was a success. I’ll just have to wait until tomorrow for my RealRank to appear and I hope this could help my blog elevate to higher level to qualify for high-paying opportunities. Moreover, Izearank is not only about ranking but my blog will also be visible to others who have signed up. Thus, it could possibly add traffic to my site.
