This is really late…better late than never.LOL. Ace arrived so early last Saturday so we had time to go to the mall for window shopping. First we went to SM to check with CameraHaus if they have available UV filter. Luckily, they have the last piece of UV filter that fits the size of our 400D’s lens. It’s much more cheaper than the one sold at Funtronics in GMall. We had it installed by the store personnel. He also gave us tips on using the creative mode of the DSLR. Yey! I’ve learned something. Ace was like, “You should take the basic photography workshop. You’ll learn some more.” After some walk around SM, we hop in to GMall. Ace wanted to get a pair of slippers so we went to Lord Anthony but he didn’t get one. It was our nth time there looking for a pair of slippers. He was in a hurry leaving the store. Only to find out he was so hungry so we went to Greenwhich for some pizza and lasagna. While eating, we saw this big motorbike being displayed in the mall’s lobby. Hence, we took a snap of this beautiful huge motorcycle after eating. While I was taking this photo, Ace was like “Neng, if you ride that, you will look like a little kid in a motorcycle”.

It’s Saturday! As usual, I am excited for tomorrow because it’s bonding time. I woke up so early because of the rushing wind. It’s been going on since yesterday afternoon. All windows are closed but I can feel the cold winds. The wind chime just outside our window has been “singing” all night that I was disturbed. It doesn’t sound like a chime now. I turned on FIL’s laptop which Ace brought inside our room last night so that I don’t need to go out in case I need to report for work at dawn. Just in time that it was turned on, Doreamon spoke again. I lazily reached for the phone though I already know it’s a call for S.O.S. Truly, it came from Inah again. Hence, I worked at 4AM and continued until my shift at 7AM until 3PM.
After my shift, I got some sleep and started on with my usual laundry thing. Just soaked it and went outside for my snap of the Euphorbia flowers. After a while, I started on my gardening project as I have asked Che-Che to buy a dozen of clay pots last Tuesday. It’s only now that I did find time to transplant the other plants and finally plant the Euphorbia cuttings I got from Mamang’s plants back home. It was already dark when I finished and Che-Che was calling me because I need to be online again for OHJ. I’ve been working for about a couple of minutes when Ace called and we decided to go to the city to find a UV filter for the 400D and get some food for the early trip to the beach just like what we did last Sunday.
I was already dressed up when I remembered I went out of gauze pad for my allergies so I texted Ace to drop by in the Pharmacy in the village’ entrance to get one for me. I was hoping he can get the certain brand I prefer from one of the known pharmaceutical companies in the country. To my dismay, the product I am talking to is not available so I will end up using it for now and will get one tomorrow in the city.

Obviously I love sunrise and sunsets a lot! This was taken last Sunday (Father’s Day) at Fiesta Beach Resort) not too far from our place. I barely had 2 hours of sleep that night but I still had the energy to go to the beach to take some photos as the sun is rising. It’s not the perfect spot though because the resort is not directly facing the sun but I hope I captured it quite well. This was taken without a UV filter and I wanted to see the difference between sunrise and sunset photos taken with a UV filter. I hope that UV filter will not cost us much so that I and Ace could enjoy more taking photos of my favorite scenes…Mr. Sun going up and down.
