Real time GPS for armored cars
I didn’t thought this is possible but in my last monthly meeting (before I resigned) with the Gen. Manager of the Security Agency deployed in the plant, they were talking about the a disk they have put in the car as it records the armored car’s “activities” such as its travel time, and idle time (or the time when it is parked). This has been the Security Company’s initiative to monitor their cars so that they can save with fuel. They are talking of saving fuel because according to them, some armored cars are parked elsewhere so the guards inside can have forty winks with the car’s aircon turned on. Continue Reading »
