Ace loves Kutsinta (brown Rice cake) topped with grated coconut, Maja Blanca and “nilupak” (pounded banana mixed with coconut and sugar). These were his dessert during our buffet breakfast last weekend. These were actually snack foods but some are making this into dessert.

The kutchinta I love if it’s not bitter. The nilupak na saging, I still have to taste it, and the maja blanca is just so delicious when it has lots of corn kernels.
Sarap!
My WS entries are posted here and here. Have a great week ahead!
