Finally, our COO emailed me not to work part-time for CSR or the email support of the company. I am so happy because it means I could sleep early if I want to and not wait for 1AM to be able to hit the bed. Working part-time for support is great…at least I’ve learned more about our product features. But since I am not a fulltime CSR (Customer Service Rep), I only deal with the easiest queries, and if there’s none, I just sit down here, and make myself busy doing other things.hahaha. Oh well, I am so grateful I am assigned with tele-emailer and not with live chat for I might end up losing my job*LOL* because I am not that good verbally especially that the company’s clients are all based in the US. Now that Mark (our COO) gave an instruction that I won’t be working with support since he will be giving me another “challenge”, I felt so relieved that indeed my career in support has ended and that there’s no way that I would be also working with live chat.
